Types of Massage Available

This massage is given to a person nearing the end of life and often precedes hospice care.  The session will focus on reduction of pain and comfort care by way of relaxation.

Relaxation/Swedish

Swedish massage, or general muscle relaxation massage, is highly effective in reducing stress by alternating a combination of light massage, deeper level trigger point and medium pressure,   This will release tight muscles and toxins from the body.

Sports Massage

Sports massage is a perfect mix of strategically applied trigger point therapy to break up adhesions in muscle and facia to increase range of motion.  Moderate and deep pressure are also applied to help facilitate healing of chronic pain or lack of range of motion.  These techniques are used to address re-injury and are most frequently requested by professional tennis, football and baseball players.  Whether you are a yoga devote or a die hard weekend warrior-this choice will keep you active for years to come..
